Ship and Bill instructions for college and K12 titles

Step 1- list all your titles  and email to us.
 
The quote you will receive will be for titles that are current. You will be able
to review all titles and quantities with the current market value.
 
Sorry, no books can be returned, so please adhere to the types of books not
purchased such as these:
 
Solution manuals, test, annotated teacher editions, books with missing cd's,
custom publications, used consumables. Course manuals, reprints, rebound
books,and working papers have no purchase value.College textbooks must
not have broken bindings, missing copyright or pages, and water damage.
Minor highlighting is acceptable.

K12 books must be free of all highlighting or marks within the page content.

Prior authorization is needed to ship to cbcbookgroup. Your shipment must
contain a copy of our quote. Shipments must be made promptly to avoid any
price differences.
 
Step 2
 In each case, we will send you shipping instructions, book criteria
demands, and shipping labels. Certain situations may require you to drop
ship your shipment to partnership affiliations which will save transportation
cost, time, and speed up payment to your school.
 
For shipments 10 cartons or less-     ship FedEx Ground prepaid
 
For shipments 10 cartons or more-   ship FedEx Freight prepaid
 
Step 3
 Enclose a copy of your quote with your shipment. Make sure all boxes
contains a shipping label provided for you. Ship only those titles that are
on your quote. Contact us if you need help in disposing no-value titles.
